Why is there a setup fee?
The setup fee covers the work required to design, configure, test, and launch your AI employee. This includes business discovery, AI instructions, call or chat flow setup, CRM setup when included, workflow setup when included, testing, and onboarding.
Is the setup fee always waived?
No. The setup fee is waived only during the current promotional period. Once the promotion ends, standard setup fees will apply.
Are SMS, email, or phone usage costs included?
Usage costs may vary based on phone minutes, SMS volume, email volume, and platform requirements. We review this during onboarding so there are no surprises.
Can I start with Pro and upgrade later?
Yes. Many businesses start with Pro to fix missed calls first, then upgrade when they are ready to add chat, CRM, booking, or deeper automation.
Do I need a new website?
No. We can often work with your current website, but we may need access to your site or your website provider to connect the AI chat widget, forms, tracking, and lead capture tools. If your website needs improvement, we can quote a landing page, funnel, or optimized website as an add-on.
Is this just software access?
No. Omatize is a managed AI implementation service. We help set up the system, write business-specific instructions, test the workflows, and support the launch.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing gives you 2 months free compared with monthly billing and is paid upfront for the full year. Annual plans run for the full annual term. If you cancel, your service remains active through the end of the current annual term and cancellation stops the next renewal. Annual payments are not prorated or refunded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
What happens after I sign up?
We start with onboarding, review your current lead process, configure your AI employee, test the setup, and launch once the core workflow is ready.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel future renewals by sending us a clear cancellation notice. Your service remains active through the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not refund or shorten the current paid term unless otherwise agreed in writing.
